Here comes the first netbook equipped with NVIDIA ION graphics processors from Lenovo, IdeaPad S12, which recently launched featuring 12.1-inch WXGA LCD display with LED backlight. With NVIDIA ION graphics processors, it produces the visuals on compact, low-power PCs with performance up to 10X faster than similar systems. The specifications remain same with others netbook such as Intel Atom N270 (1.60 GHz) processor, 1GB of DD2 RAM and 160GB HDD. No words on pricing yet.

DELL Latitude 2100 is an education purposes netbook which just launched in Korea market designed for giving modern classrooms fun, full-featured collaboration for teachers and students. Coming with 10.1-inch screen display, it features Intel Atom N270 CPU, durable case, optional touchscreen and keyboard with antimicrobial protection. No words on pricing, but definitely it will be available in three different colors such as black, red and blue.

Featuring stylish aluminum body, here come ASUS 'Eee PC 1002 HAE' which plan to be released in Japan market on middle of this month. The netbook is 10.1-inch WSVGA (1,024x600) LCD screen and still powered by an Intel Atom N280 (1.66GHz) CPU. Running on Windows XP operating system, the ASUS 'Eee PC 1002 HAE' is also equipped with 1GB of RAM, 160GB HDD, USB2.0×3, IEEE 802.11b/g/n wireless LAN, Bluetooth v2.1+EDR and 1.3M built-in webcam. It costs around USD 503.13 and available in gray, blue and red colors.

Samsung Electronics is going to launch its stylish premium mini notebook pc 'N310' in Korea market. Equipped with 10.1-inch LCD screen with a curved-design finish without LCD display frame, the winner of the international design award is powered by Intel Atom processor with 1GB of RAM and 160GB HDD. Supporting 802.11bg wireless LAN, HSDPA and WiBRO, the N310 also comes with a 1.3M webcam, three USB ports, and 3-in-1 multi memory slot.


If you’re looking for long battery life, this mini notebook offers up to five hours and only 1.23kg (included battery pack). The Samsung N310 is available in Turkey Blue and Red Orange, it costs between 900,000(KRW) and 1,000,000(KRW).

NEC brought its LaVie C series notebook pc 'LC950/RG' equipped with Blu-ray drive during CEATEC 2008. Running on Windows Vista Home Premium OS, it’s powered by Intel Centrino 2 platform, 2GB of RAM and 250GB HDD. Equipped with 16-inch screen display, the NEC 'LC950/RG' also features wireless LAN.

Here comes Sony VAIO TT ultra-light notebook pc which just unveiled in US market. Equipped with 11.1-inch LCD display with LED back light, this Intel Centrino 2 processor based notebook weighs only 1.3kg even though it’s equipped with Blu-ray drive. The Sony VAIO TT is available in carbon black, silk black, gold, and red colors. It costs around 2,000(USD) for basic model, 2,700(USD) for Blu-ray model and 2,750(USD) for 128GB SSD model.
